I am a 24 year old purpose driven person striving to make the world a better place. Currently I am working on Supercool School. I founded and led a number of Education and Development related ventures & initiatives in Germany and Bangladesh. In the past I worked in Audit, Marketing & Consulting in Germany and Russia. Plus I was an economics graduate student in the University of Mannheim.
The last years really have been a roller-coaster for me. Constant challenges and my travels in Asia, Europe and US make my life so full of pleasure :)

I am a passionate change maker for education worldwide. I was inspired by seeing friends and myself failing in education institutions for now apparent reason other than an unusual perception of the world. A misconception that moves from the education world into the labor market. You know what I mean when you think about your friends who you always admired but who never made it. People with great potential who fell into an unstoppable spiral of failure and negative emotions because they just didn’t fit.
I believe strongly that the core of “the problem” or better “the opportunity” today in education is an authentic evaluation of individual potential and a global access to education.
I started to engage myself proactively about 3 1/2 years ago with various initiatives such as Education for the Future & Transparency for Development with peace prize laureate Bibi Russell, with a startup called the Performance Network – an new administration tool for universities & companies, as a member of the ZEIT expert council for education and most recently with Supercool School. Supercool School is all about building a new global infrastructure by doing for education what blogging has done for publishing. If you want to become part of that movement contact me.
