Over the past 14 years I have been making short films at a professional level. I have done many original shorts and a couple of fan films through out my career that have open me doors to fans and friends across the world. I have participated in several festivals and contests. I'm an award winning: Director, Writer, Producer, Cinematographer, Editor, Storyboard and FX Artist. My work has been broadcasted on Spike TV, Comedy Central and it has been praised by Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, Tom Savini and Stan Winston to mention a few.
I'm a one man army and do everything in my films: from writing and directing to lighting, location scouting and even buttoning up my actors before the shot. I learned to do everything because I like to get things done. Film is my life, it is my passion.... and I like every aspect of it.
My greatest influences as a Director are Sergio Leone, Ismael Rodriguez, Lucio Fulci, Martin Scorsese and Valentin Trujillo. My favorite genres are Drama, Action, Adventure and Horror. Films from the 2O's, 3Os, 4Os, 7Os and 8Os shaped my style.
After a long journey I am ready to make my first feature film.
The reason I waited so long to make my debut is because I wanted to mature my talents so when the opportunity would rise to make a feature length I would be ready to take my career to a new level successfully.
THE FILM
Axel Crow... the concept makes a great franchise and it will be so much fun to make it come to life. The world of entertainment needs new villains and new ideas.... remakes after remakes by Hollywood and Mr. Michael Bay. Help me stop this nonsense. I want to inspire others to come up with new ideas, make Axel Crow a household name and build a new stage for the art of film which has taken a backstage nowadays with horrible lame not creative blockbuster after blockbuster.
I grew up watching all kinds of Horror movies: zombies, demons, werewolves and slashers. I want to bring back the slasher genre but with a modern feel to it and in my style. No more slow walking monotone senseless killers. Axel Crow is complex fun aggressive frighting wise cool and completely psychotic. He is a fresh original creation to surely impact the world of Horror. It will pop merchandise and imitators around the world.... and it all started here.
Axel Crow is a 90min-120min Horror-Drama-Action feature length film.
