Edward Payson grew up in Derry, New Hampshire. The first time he saw Friday the Thirteenth at the age of five he knew he wanted to make horror movies. Edward attended Columbia College Hollywood in Tarzana, California to achieve a bachelors degree in Cinema. He has participated on many films in the Los Angeles area. In 2008 Edward directed a Los Angeles based horror film entitled Morbid: A Love Story, which is about a serial killer who falls in love and decides he needs a change. In the summer of 08 Edward jumped at the opportunity to help with the psychological horror film entitled The ID Proxy in his home state of New Hampshire. He currently is directing his second feature film Unsigned and will start pre-production on the film The Cohasset Falls Snuff Film in the summer.
