Conversing with everyone from a mainstream conservative pundit to an esoteric conspiracy theorist, he is bombarded by the beliefs, misinformation, and psychosis of those whom he encounters. Occurring at the same time as his voyage is a developing world news story that presents a threat to his beloved American way of life. As John’s interactions are sampled from people all throughout the political spectrum, his farcical odyssey comes to represent a larger battle that all Americans face in the modern age of propaganda.
