IndieGoGo is a collaborative way to fund ideas and fuel innovation. Founded on the principles of opportunity, transparency, choice, and action, IndieGoGo launched in 2008 to provide a place for people to share their projects, mobilize their fans and Do-It-With-Others.
On IndieGoGo, projects use the fundraising, promotion and discovery tools provided to build an engaged fan base of funders. They raise money and awareness and gain credibility through their number one resource: their fans.
Fans get the opportunity to discover, share and fuel the projects of tomorrow. For their actions, they're also rewarded with unique VIP perks from the projects themselves.
