Boushra Al Moutawakel is the first professional female photographer in Yemen. In this documentary she shares her thoughts on her current project about the veil, as well as show us how it is to be a professional artist in one of the most conservative, tribal and religious Muslim countries in the world.
This film will take you behind the veil and inside the secret lives of the women of Yemen, something never done before.
The film is now 10 min long. We need more money in order to return to Yemen and make it into a full lenght documentary.
