The Rebirth Music Festival has become the focus of the documentary West of Tobruk. This campaign is for an absolutely amazing event that will mark the one year anniversary of the Libyan uprising and will be the most epic music festival in North Africa. Proceeds of the festival are dedicated to the rebuilding of a nation destroyed by over forty years of tyrannical oppression.
