Our Story
Independent Feature Film---Dark Comedy/Drama. After his release from the foster care system, a young man leaves his small Oklahoma town for the first time and travels across the country with two strangers. The screenplay has been named a finalist for Best Original Screenplay in 7 different screenplay competitions, and our short films have screened at numerous film festivals. The Impact
Olive Entertainment was established in 2005 by filmmaker Josh Hope in Chicago, IL. It is our goal to produce entertaining films of all genres that will transcend socio-economic boundaries. Our film Wild Blue will focus around genuine relationships, themes and situations, because we believe nothing is more fascinating than real life. It is our mission to develop strong working relationships within the film and investor communities. Ultimately, though, it's the community at large that makes up the movie fan base with their love of film and willingness to experience the journeys of those on screen for whom we will strive for entertainment excellence.
What We Need & What You Get
We have finished filming WILD BLUE and need your help with the final finishing funds. These funds will be used for post production expenses such as editing, sound design, color correction, music as well as film festival entry fees which average around $100 per festival.
