HELLO!!
My name is Kiarah Moore and I attend the University of Missouri Columbia majoring in Textile and Apparel Management while minoring in Entrepreneurship. Vory Clothing is an urban t-shirt company that was founded in 2008 and since then has been an e-commerce store. Just this year Vory Clothing wrote a proposal to the Student Unions and entered the Business Competition that allows ONE student to acquire FREE store space in Columbia MO! Guess what??? Vory's business proposal was selected and now ALL of the supporters will have a PLACE to shop, ENJOY artwork and RECEIVE information on new trends, styles and finances! Our goal is to make the store come to life with ART!
Location: The store will be located on the University of Missouri's Campus inside of the newly built Student Center. This gives access tof thousands of students on a regular basis!
Grand Opening: The Grand opening will be August 2011. (Date of opening will depend on days all students return to class for a big crowd)
The Impact
Community Impact
Vory Clothing aims to get the Columbia community involved in NUMEROUS ways! Community Service is one of our goals and we plan on implementing specific campaigns that can raise money and educate through service and volunteer. The impact that the store can and will have on the Columbia Community is one that is positive and will bring all fashion and art lovers together. In addition, I am planning a Sustainable Runway Show in October 2011 in Columbia MO to bring businesses and consumers together for a night of GREEN fun!
University Impact
My opportunity will impact the University of Missouri due to the Vory Boutique being the FIRST student ran business on campus! This opportunity will bring together the connections of the faculty and staff as well as the students in order to bridge the gab between the young professionals!

The Code
The CODE founded by Charles Thomas is a clothing company inspired by ninjas and honor. Like the CODE fanpage at and the website at http://www.obeythecode.com
What if I DON'T Raise the money?!
If all of the money is NOT raised, I will have to take out a loan!!!!! :( NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
As a college student, I have SO MANY LOANS ALREADY and I would love to get a fresh start on this business by being free of loans and debt. If the funds does NOT total the cost of the items I am wanting to buy, THE SHOW GOES ON! =) The money will be budgeted and anything that I can purchase I WILL and provide pictures and updates of the store! The money that will be needed to finish the store, will be my own personal cash and a loan.
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS CAMPAIGN FOR VORY CLOTHING!
