Depending on the geography and demographics of a city eating healthy on the go can be virtually impossible! Love Burger Express makes eating healthy on the go much more attainable and simply DELICIOUS! From vegetarian to vegan, Love Burger Express offers fast and economical food to the health conscious person on the go.

Whoever said that you cant have your cake and eat it too was wrong!

Love Burger Express is a mobile kitchen and caf that services the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. We provide alternatives to the run of the mill fast food lunch menus that have been proven to have adverse effects on the health and well being of the American people. Our menu includes a combination of vegetarian-vegan, organic, gluten-free, and live food options with a twist. We provide super nutritious enzyme, vitamin and mineral rich burgers and wraps all packed with great taste. Love Burger Express recognizes that most people choose great taste OVER nutrition. With a little creativity and positivity Chef Monique Sharp has produced food to serve those who seek GREAT TASTE and NUTRITION!

Food delivery has always been a facet of meal service for Monique Sharp who has been providing personal chef services since 2003. With over 12 years of experience in food preparation and catering she has been sharing her distinctively succulent menu with her clientele in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Through her parent company Canava Caf Catering, Monique has prepared vegetarian meals for wedding receptions, college and university luncheons, world renown performing artist celebrations, and various non-profit events. She also continues to build community awareness surrounding healthy food options by offering cooking classes to high risk youth and adults seeking better lifestyles.

We noticed that those who preferred a more vegetarian-based diet didnt have a lot of options in Atlanta. Out of our desire to make a difference in the health and lives of others and provide a service in a country whose interest in organic, vegetarian and natural food has just recently taken off, we created a completely new concept for Atlanta, GA called Love Burger Express.

Love Burger Express is a vegetarian mobile food truck that gives people the opportunity to conveniently enjoy delicious vegetarian meals right out doors from their office, home or special at special events and festivals.

The menu includes a simple combination of vegetarian-vegan, organic, gluten-free and raw-live food options. Customers can choose from 9 regular menu items, 30% of which are raw-live food. This super nutritious way of eating maintains all of the rich vitamins, minerals, enzymes and nutrients in the food that cooking can deplete, while offering a wide selection of creative vegan versions of well known dishes such as wraps and veggie burgers and much more.

What We Need & What You Get

Canava Cafs current kitchen and resources won't keep up with the demand of providing healthy meals for the people of Atlanta on a daily basis. Therefore, Monique Sharp is seeking to raise $8,000 to allow Canava Cafe Catering to purchase the mobile kitchen which will be the home of Love Burger Express. Your contribution will also provide appliances, equipment, and shelving to handle all the anticipated volume of Love Burger Express, support the development of additional marketing such as website enhancements and print media, and allow the business to hire additional labor assistance to aid with the cooking, shopping, and deliveries.
