Thanks for your interest in contributing to N’Tense Picture’s next psychological thriller called “Vanity”. With your contribution to the production, you could be named the Executive Producer of the film which is the most important credit of a movie. Also, there are many other perks to be rewarded based on how much you contribute.

Also, when you donate any amount, you will get your name in a drawing to receive autographed headshots of Melissa Revels, Ty Yaeger, and Myke Wilson. Two winners will be selected.

 

Synopsis:

Megan is hiding a dirty little secret from her boyfriend, Richard. When the secret is leaked, Richard and a few of his close friends make sure she pays for her one selfish secret.

 

Here’s how Your Contribution Will Help:

The biggest expense for this movie will be the special effects materials needed. I don’t want to give anything away for the film but my special effects make-up guy will be hard at work applying latex and other special makeup to about 7-8 people.

Secondly, your contribution will help go into feeding about 15 cast and crew members 2 meals each for an 8-10 hour shoot. I believe that everyone should be fed a healthy and hearty meal so I always bring in something large and delicious to keep everyone focused and full (but not too full.)

Lastly, your contribution helps with any post-production costs such as digital effects that will need to be applied in editing and marketing materials such as posters and/or DVD’s along with Film Festival Fee’s that must be paid to get our finished product shown to the public.

 

Who ever knew it cost so much to produce an 8 minute short film.

 

Rockford’s Finest Talent:

Ladies and gentleman, I feel so lucky to be able to say my cast and crew are some of the most talented and unique people in the entire city of Rockford, and probably Northern Illinois. Let’s meet a few.

 

Our lead female role is played the beautiful Melissa Revels. Melissa has starred in a feature called The Darkening which was directed by Jack Young. She has also starred in many short films directed by Travis Legge and has been featured in the GO section of the Rockford Register Star Newspaper. How this girl has not hit the Hollywood scene is beyond me. I am just lucky to have her while she is still local.

 

Our lead male role is played by film’s bad boy Ty Yaeger. Ty was a supporting actor in a Travis Legge Feature called Raymond Did It. When I saw Ty do a fantastic job in Raymond did it, I immediately contacted him for the lead male part for my film. Ty has also played in various Travis Legge shorts and has worked also worked with Melissa Revels.

 

“Vanity” is written by Rockford’s finest film-maker Travis Legge. Travis is a local independent film-maker who has written and directed his first feature, Raymond Did It which has just gotten picked up by a distribution company which makes his movie available through Target and Amazon.

 

Other Ways to Help:

I understand that the economy is rough and money is tight so I want to give you some more options to help out with the film. One thing I have noticed when working on hard, 12 hour days on film sets is that everyone gets hungry and thirsty very often. So if you or someone one you know owns a restaurant or catering business and would like to donate food to the cast and crew, that is always greatly appreciated. I would treat the business like a sponsor and tweet and Facebook about them and put a link to the business website on our production site, which is still being developed.
