This comedy web-series will be the story of Dave and Marc, two former high school friends who were once outcast as geeks and nerds for spend all of their time playing video games. After going to separate Colleges (Dave to art school which he dropped out of and Marc to Business school in which he graduated with honors) the two friends lost contact with each other only to have Marc literally run into Dave as a result of both of their career paths crumble under their feet. While Marc and Dave reconnect over a couple of beer at the bar Dave gets the brilliant idea to start a video game design company using his creative skills and Marc’s Business mind. It’s a hard task to convince Marc but once Dave explains the business end of the gaming market (which he dosen’t really understand) the two start their company by enlisting the help of friends and friends of friends (who are all weird and hilarious in their own individual ways) and by researching everything they possibly can (some of the research may very well end up crippling one of them). The only problem is that in the 4 years that Marc and Dave have been out of the gaming world things have changed… drastically! Now they have to work their way into this underground world in which they are labeled “noobs”. They have to make a name for themselves and earn trust and respect among hardcore gaming fanatics of all breeds. What they thought would be an easy way into the careers of their dreams turns out to be one hell of a journey… These noobs are about to get pwnd!
