DML (Department of Marriage Licenses) is a new branch of the government who issues, renews and dissolves marriage licenses.
This film follows five couples in the day and life of the DML. Whether they happily renew or surprise mistresses comes to object to a renewal or an older couple to dissolve their license in search for new adventures elsewhere or where same sex partners celebrate their live long dream of getting married, you never know what to expect from the employees or the customers at the DML.
