In remote areas across the country, thousands of teenagers are being held against their will. Their parents signed a contract for a behavior modification program to take over their parental duties. Most of them have hired a Teen Escort Service to come and kidnap their child in the middle of the night. They use handcuffs, shackles, whatever it takes to get them to go. These escorts have no jurisdiction. These kids are not formally charged as criminals. yet they are being escorted away to remote parts of the country to be held against their will in behavior modification programs that have less freedom than jail or prison. These programs have no oversight. They have fallen through the loopholes. Neither the Board of Education or Social Services can claim jurisdiction over them.

Students are not allowed to talk. They are not allowed to see their families or friends. They are not allowed to even look out the window or go to the bathroom by themselves. They have absolutely no contact with the outside world. They are not allowed to leave until they turn 18. Some kids are taken to the programs as young as 13.

These teenagers are usually drug-addicts, runaways or truants. There parents feel they have run out of options and turn to these programs as their last hope.
