Filmmaking is a wonderful art. To bring that art to life takes money. (Wish I was just a poet rather than a filmmaker) If you can get money to make a film in Sacremento, then I say go for it. Hey - I escaped from LA too a couple years ago - now in Central Colorado and loving it - I'll always love LA but I found that it wasn't until I left there that I was able to authentically create. Thanks for reaching out - looking forward to learning more about CowTown.
