Luis Sanchez is a Mexican artist living in Los Angeles. His unique style has earned him the respect of fellow artists and has brought his art work to art galleries across the country.
Luis is also battling chronic kidney disease. Luis had his first transplant in the early 90’s. Transplanted kidneys have a short life span of under a decade, and he is currently living without kidneys, but undergoing dialysis several times a week.
Luis’s art work has an amazing style to it, which makes it appear as though it’s survived decades. It is chipped, rusted, flaked, cracked and appear to have stood the test of time to make it to it’s viewer.
