About Lost in Sunshine
Lyn is a repressed intuitive who wants to run away from her future as a small-town wife, and Bob is a recovering gambler who wishes he could undo his past by writing a best-selling Self-Help book. She sees the glass as half empty. He sees the glass as half full. They think they'll find answers in each other. They're wrong.
Lostinsunshine.com currently presents:
weekly blog entries from Lyn and Bob
a YouTube channel of monthly "5-Minute Interviews"
behind-the-scenes video blogs
a filmmakers blog
a monthly e-newsletter with Guest Writers on Personal Development and Self Help.
Here's Where You Come In!
We want to add more content to the website: a narrative short film and an interactive "game."
The short film is called, "My First Time." It'll be about the first time Lyn's best buddy, Johnny Pott, meets her in high school... and gets caught smoking pot!
The game will be called The National Association of Unsolicited Opinions. Fans will be able to type in their own funny opinions and asides at Lostinsunshine.com and on our eventual mobile app.
Our motto is, "It's not just a movie. It's a SHOW." By the time "Lost in Sunshine" is finished, we hope our multimedia storytelling efforts throughout its creation have attracted
fans who relate to the film's tag line, "Is this where you thought you'd
be?" and eagerly anticipate viewing it.
Funds from this
campaign will help us to keep the momentum going.
