Our Story

Written and to be driected by canadian indie filmmaker Steven Stiller ( "Guilt " " Wrong Place Wrong Time" ).  " The Hole"  takes a gritty look at the emotional journey of a world war two soldier as he must decide between survival and self sacrifice. A soldier is pinned down in a fox hole by machine gun fire after the rest of his company was gunned down by an enemy patrol. Trapped, alone and low on ammo our Hero must decide either to sneak away under the cover of night and live but leaving the machine gun nest to cut down more ally troops or sacrifice himself and try to take out the machine gun. 

The Impact

The impact this project will have is more of a personal one for those involved. It will allow a great group of indie film people to get a chance to work on a project they truely believe will show case their talent in a way they haven't been able to thus far in thier career. 

What We Need & What You Get

 I am looking to raise $5000.00 which is exactly half of the budget. The other half of the money will come directly out of my pockets. I feel it is only fair I put my money where my mouth is as well. All funds will go directly to the production and post production on this film. All crew and cast are working on a volunteer basis to help me realize my vision for this story. All funds will be spent on equipment rentals, costumes, locations, props, film stock, film transfers for editing, DVD copies, film festivals submissions and publicity.
