Our Story

Life is not simple. Falling in love, complicated relationships, coming out, drug troubles, being in the spotlight, haters making life that much harder. And these group of friends are in the middle of all this drama.

Melissa, an aspiring actress, returns from rehab to face the problems and secrets she left behind. The next year for her will be drama as she avoids the scheme of her former best friend the model Jennica. And will Melissa ever tell anyone her secret she has been keeping.

The Impact

The cast and crew hope to make an Impact on internet television by bringing light to today's issues. The webseries The Dreamers deals with everything from coming out, drug addiction, cancer, eating disorders, pregnancy, and more. We hope to tackle these subjects in a realistic way while still entertaining the viewers.

We also want to go viral. We want to show other filmmakers that it's ok to just go out there and try, don't be afraid to fail. This is not my first project as a writer/director. But this is the first one that has made it past the pre-production stage. We are filming now. YAY. The cast is all highly motivated and they want this series to be big too.

What We Need

We are going for your help to donate to this project so we can rent out more locations. I would also like to hire a make-up artist for the show and that doesn't come cheap. The donations will be used for costumes as well because right now I have my actors using their own style and I want the characters style to change when we continue through the first season.
