The Chronicles of Rick Roll is an action adventure film from Executive Producer Andrew Fischer of NURV. It features over a dozen top Internet sensations including Antoine Dodson, Double Rainbow Guy, Leeroy Jenkins, Numa Numa, Boxxy, Tay Zonday, and the Wafflepwn Brothers! The film was announced in Q1 2011, and has been featured on dozens of top media outlets including CNN, ABC, CBS, Ellen DeGeneres, Associated Press, IGN, TIME, Tosh.0, PCMag, Mashable and more! Collectively, our viral video cast represents over 2,000,000,000 (yes, TWO BILLION) views Internet-wide, setting this movie up for enormous success at the box office.

NURV has produced a live action concept trailer showcasing a rough outline of the basic idea, in which characters enter a fantasy world populated by viral video stars and Internet sensations loved by millions. Due to the exceptional response the trailer received in the media and across the Internet, we've dedicated the past 6 months to completing a feature length screenplay and treatment. The story has been tweaked and expanded since the trailer's inception. The Chronicles of Rick Roll is a feature-length sci-fi blockbuster that takes audiences into the fantasy world of the Internet in a way that's NEVER been seen before.

Exactly how awesome is this movie going to be?

The Chronicles of Rick Roll will be the start of a new Hollywood franchise capable of competing in the summer blockbuster category. We've been in discussion with A-list talent and several producers who are eager to be a part of this production. Our trailers and videos have already been seen millions of times across the Internet.  With the right studio behind this production, there's no telling how far it will go.

Where will the money go and what do I get for contributing?

The Chronicles of Rick Roll is too big and exciting to be made on a shoestring budget. It will feature top-of-the-line cinematography, special effects, a worthy musical score, A-list talent and producers. Our initial goal is to raise $100,000, but the movie itself will cost far more than that. Depending on the amount of money raised, here are some of the things this money will go towards:

• Producing additional concept footage and/or trailers (with current cast and script)
• Travel to meet with Hollywood talent and producers to pitch and/or show concept footage
• Continue to promote the film to grow our fan-base and attract production companies
• Other general expenses that may come up during the pre-production phase

While we don't expect to raise our entire production budget here on IndieGoGo, we do hope our fans will take advantage of this campaign to assist in our continued efforts to make The Chronicles of Rick Roll into a major theatrical release. With your financial backing and enthusiasm, top Hollywood production companies will have no doubt that this is a film LOTS of people want to see and soon!

Please also note that while shipping is free to those who live within the continental United States, all other locations will be required to pay an additional shipping fee, depending on your specific location. We can ship anywhere that FedEx or UPS delivers.
