Our Story

Our company Teres Kids is a breakthrough children's clothing line focused on optimal comfort. Teres Kids clothes are great for all children. They are also a much needed solution for millions of children suffering from tactile sensitivities.  This includes children with autism, sensory processing disorder and eczema.  More children are simply uncomfortable in their clothes.  For many parents, dressing their children is the hardest part of their day. Teres Kids provides a unique solution for millions of families in America, Canada, Europe and Japan.

All Teres Kids clothes are made in America. To make our premium clothing we start with the softest organic cotton available. We then eliminate all things that make kids uncomfortable such as tags, scratchy seams and rough edges. We create a super soft internal body - the part of the clothing that touches a child's skin. We believe it's the most comfortable product on the market.

We are growing rapidly. We need your help!.  Our order volume is growing so quickly, we are having trouble keeping up. When we manufacture each collection we pay months in advance for the materials and labor. We need additional funding to keep up with the increased demand.

The Impact

This project is about getting our organic, super comfortable clothes to as many kids as we can. The impact will be measured one family at a time. For example:

What We Need & What You Get

We need $25,000 to meet the demands of our Winter 2011 collection, so we can get Teres Kids clothes to all the kids who want them.   All these funds will go to production of clothing including: fabric, dyeing, cutting, sewing and  printing. Our order volume is growing so quickly we are having trouble keeping up.  Instead of getting a bank loan we thought it would be better to engage people who believe in what we are doing and want to help! All other funding comes from Marianne and I, as well as friends and family.
