Our Story
Taylrz Joynt is a fashionable boutique located in the casual and stylish neighborhood of Sherman Oaks. Taylrz Joynt has been in business for four years with loyal customers ranging from Los Angeles, Texas, New York and Georgia, Tayrlz Joynt has always created a positive and experience for people to shop. She continually makes a difference in her customer's lives by spending quality and valuable time with women looking to improve their image and wellbeing.
Taylrz Joynt has a reputation for regularly holding events and fundraisers for local charities to bring people together and make a difference. She not only strives to make a difference in her customer's lives, but also to bring awareness and change to women in need.
In celebration of Taylrz Joynt four year anniversary, we are partnering with Project Rainbow to help fundraise. Project Rainbow was started by former Miss Puerto Rico, Miredy Pugero who built the organization to mentor and empower women and teens affected by domestic abuse.
We selected five girls from Project Rainbow to give a three day "models for life" workshop that will include make overs, yoga classes, self defense classes and personal development education courses to prepare them for school, work or real world scenarios they are facing.
They will walk the runway at in Taylr Jay (Taylor's new fashion line) at the Taylrz Joynt fashion show event on April 28th at Athenea Lounge.
The Impact
Our goal is to raise enough money to start a "big sister" program. Project Rainbow is a success in Puerto Rico and this is the first year it is coming to the U.S. We want to give it a great head start and really make an impact in these women's lives. There is a lot of passion, love and drive behind this organization and many women in need depend on the success of this program!
What We Need & What You Get
We need a minimum of $3,000 to get this program running. We have great sponsors such as the Juju Hair Company, Prudential Realty, Making it More designs, Pillow Talk, Painted Nail, Planet Salon and many more.
We are looking for more sponsors and depending on what you donate, we are offering a few levels of sponsorship that include free tickets, VIP seating at the fashion show as well a red carpet and included on the step and repeat and marketing materials.
There will also be a special performance by Tyler Perry and Disney Star Stephanie Ferrett to entertain you!
