When a family of drug dealers (The Rich Boys) viciously rape and kill two cousins, Howard Dupri, a mourning relative, sets out to find the killers. But when a team of corrupt detectives stumble upon the case and indolently identify it as a drug deal gone wrong, Dupri vows to serve justice. Armed only with a sniper rifle and his knowledge of the streets, Dupri singles out the killer, offering him two choices. Kill or be killed!
