Talkitect.com is an online magazine dedicated to the discussion of contemporary international architecture, art, and design. The site presents articles critiquing new designs and showcasing research on contemporary issues in the design world. It is also a repository for interesting videos, links and other relevant information we stumble across on our wanderings through the world wide web. It has been a work in progress as I have developed it over the past year. However, it is ready to take the next step, becoming a professionally designed portal for architectural thoughts and information.

Goal:
I am looking to Raise 2,000 dollars. Half of that will go directly into the redesign and hosting of the site itself. The rest will be used over the next year to pay the writers to contribute new and unique content.

The Perks:
So here is what I am thinking…Personalized, One of a Kind, personally designed Talkitect t-shirts for everyone who contributes 50 dollars or more. That seems like a lot…but its a unique gift.
For those of you who are looking to donate slightly less lets say 10-20 dollars you will get a hand written post card thank you note. For any architects, artists, designers or firms who want to donate 25 dollars or more, I will write an article about your work or design philosophy and post it on the site. I will also add a link to your site.

Talkitect is a non profit project. I am passionate about architecture and want to share my thoughts and ideas with others. Any donations will be directly invested in improving the site or its content.
