Our Story

My name is Sheva, I have had the privilege to meet with over 400 Holocaust survivors in the last few years. Survivors are the most amazing people in the world! Along with volunteers that I helped set up and visit survivors in their homes, we have gained a tremendous amount just by listening to their stories of survival and their powerful views on life. We created a web site called SurvivorStories.org. This will be a place where we will film survivors and give you the opportunity to upload your family's stories too.

The Holocaust is a major part of Jewish and world history, it is our responsibility to make sure these stories will continue for generations to come, to ensure that people know what racism can cause,even in the most civilized countries.


The Impact

We gathered an amazing team of truly dedicated professional filmers who have donated their time to filming Holocaust survivors for the project. We already filmed 3 Holocaust survivors!


What We Need & What You Get

To get SurvivorStories.org up and running, we'll need a few things:

  • A fully functional web site for us to put up our videos, collect your videos and keep you up to date on our various projects.
  • We also need to purchase some basic film and lighting equipment to make our videos as professional as possible.
  • And lastly, we need funds for editing time in the studio.
