I had a previous campaign on this site, which thanks to the wonderfully generous people who donated, successfully helped me replace my broken computer so that the retouching side of my photography can be done! This is now a campaign to help raise the money for the rest of the studio equipment needed.
My Story
I'm Catherine; I've had a passionate love affair with photography since the age of 6 and am now a freelance fashion and beauty photographer and retoucher. Creating images is my passion, my love, my expression and my freedom. It's my life, and it keeps me breathing.I've recently lost regular studio access, and desperately need to be able to shoot from home so I can continue this passion.
The Impact
If this campaign is successful, I'll be able to shoot from home. I'll also be able to shoot more often, and for longer periods of time, which in turn will bring a steady stream of images to your screens. Models, designers, hair stylists, makeup artists and aspiring models will all fully welcome to come to shoot.I will be opening my books to people of all experiences, whether they would like a starting portfolio, fun test shoots, look books, editorials and everything in-between.
What We Need & What You Get
