ABOUT
|
|
Each year the Texan petro-chemical industry is permitted to release millions of tons of toxic pollutants into the air, plus thousands of tons more in ‘accidental’ or ‘unscheduled’ releases. This film is an intimate portrait of one fence-line community, sharing their neighbourhood with some of the largest refineries in the world, and how this impacts their daily lives.
