Shakespeare the Dead is a Pipeline Theatre Company production written by company member, Alex Mills, directed by Tom Costello. It was accepted to Theater for the New City’s 2010 Dream Up Festival this August, and will be the first show in Pipeline’s second season.
The play begins with a comedic look at a film set for a horror film, but slowly descends into a surreal horror of it’s own when the usual suspects of a production team are joined by a stranger.
Pipeline is ecstatic to be doing the show, but to ensure it’s success they need to secure a bit more funds! Help us do what we do in bringing audiences joy, thought, exhilaration, and in this case, a little terror!
“The Pipeline Theatre Company is a promising new group…The
enthusiasm of these emerging artists is palpable and they have a clear
love for, as well as a credible grasp of, the theatrical milieu…
This is definitely a company to watch.”
