When a bank sends a group of young 20 somethings out to the Frank Dean farm to rehab it prior to re-sell, they're not informed that the last person sent to the farm has never returned. The foreclosed property has secrets it will yield over time, and one of those is what happen to the Deans? Why did they suddenly disappear? Who is that strange figure seen at night in the fields?
