"A Monster Science Created - But Could Not Destroy!" Frankenstein (1931)
Filmmaker, video artist, promoter, producer and senior lecturer in Media Production at the University of Chichester. I have been making short films and video art since the early 80’s and have worked professionally as a freelance film and video technician, producer, director (you name the grade I have probably worked it at some time) for 15 years. Now teaching on the south coast of England and very involved in promoting filmmaking and cinema in my home town of Portsmouth. I am a founder of the DV Mission 48 Hour Film Challenge and promote a range of video arts events such as the “1000 Plateaus” annual digital potlatch. I am involved with the DV City Screenwriters Group and currently learning to write half decent scripts. Need to learn how to raise money from private finance to pay for DV Mission and for other film projects.
