The acting troupe entitled Amber’s Sweets is bringing the rising cult phenomenon ‘Repo! The Genetic Opera’ to Sacramento audiences by way of spectacle. Part horror film, part rock-opera, the feature film plays in the background as live actors bring the world of Repo! to life on stage in screen accurate costumes, sets, and with plenty of fake blood and gore to drench those daring enough to sit in the “splash zone”.

This stunning combination of film, live theatre, aerial acrobatics and special effects will be held at the Historic Colonial Theatre in Sacramento, CA.

Receiving five stars from the Sacramento Press and the San Francisco Chronicle, ‘Repo! Live’ has been called “an abundance of guts, gore, blood, skimpy clothing, swearing, and audience participation.” and “an impressive, elaborate production that feels like a live concert.”
