Our Story
In 2003, Subcreations Productions became committed to putting quality, independent films of all genres into the marketplace. Subcreations Productions is proud to be an independent film company in Austin, allowing us to take risks in writing, filming, and storytelling. "Private" is a coming-of-age dramedy in the vein of Juno and "My Girl" that jumps head on into the awkwardness of adolescence and expresses females as survivors instead of victims. The film stars Josephine McAdam as Samantha, and introduces Jaeda Jones as Samantha's best friend, Hally and features Conrad Gonzales as Dr. Barnes.
