My name is Susan Xu and I am shooting a short film called "Possession" for my undergraduate senior thesis at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. It is a dark fairytale about a young woman who moves into her fiancee's rural countryside house, only to realize that he is keeping a fatal secret from her. It will combine elements of surrealism, mystery, and horror to create an atmospheric and engaging film that probes the question of: how far will a person transgress for love?
What We Need
We are trying to raise another $2,000 to feed and transport our cast/crew, pay for a beautiful location in Staten Island, art direction (set design, wardrobe, makeup), plus special effects.
