CHECK IT OUT! WE WERE RECENTLY FEATURED ON WCHS NEWS!

UPDATE:
Some people have asked us what type of 3D this will be. We'll be releasing both a blu-ray for 3D TVs as well as an anaglyph red/blue glasses version on DVD. Both will contain a 2D version as well.
Our Story
For the past 10 years, Razor Sharp Studios has been producing independent horror films, all shot in the gorgeous state of West Virginia. Our films have screened worldwide from Los Angeles to Australia. We've been the recipients of several awards for our short film work and our features are internationally distributed. And all of this has been made possible by donations and hard work.
Our latest film, the third in the PORKCHOP trilogy (although also a stand-alone film), PORKCHOPP3D, is a massive step forward for us. We plan to shoot the film entirely in 3D (a first for the company and the state) and turn it into an absolute gore fest, with plenty of planned kills. We're also planning on shooting it in a record seven days!
When an RV crashes in the woods, its passengers are totally unaware they've stumbled upon the hunting grounds of the legendary pig-masked killer PORKCHOP and his family of equally deranged lunatics. However, the campers also harbor a secret: this is not their first run-in with Porkchop and they are completely prepared for a final confrontation that will either bring the pig man to justice or end their lives forever.
Also, we will donate every bit of profit we make from the distribution stage on to breast cancer research. FOR LIFE. We're not planning to make a dime from this movie. Every penny we ever make, every royalty check will go directly to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
The Impact
As horror fans ourselves, we have an absolute love and passion for the genre and want to create more films like the ones we grew up watching, not the mainstream trash and remakes that keep getting squeezed out of Hollywood's rectum year after year. We feel we have an iconic character in Porkchop and that, with your help, he can become one of the great horror movie monsters. We'd love for you to be a part of that. Supporting projects like this is not only beneficial to you and to us but for the horror genre and the film industry in general. Let's make an amazing film!
In addition, you get to know that all of your money is going towards a great cause!
What We Need & What You Get
We've figured out we need to raise 25,000$ to make this film the way we want. This, of course, is NOTHING in terms of film budgets but would be our biggest budgeted picture to date.
Most of this is cabin rental, RV rental, actor travel and lodging, wardrobe, fx, as well as some equipment we'll need (3D camera rental, etc.). We're also looking to bring some of your favorite names in horror onto this project. That money will also cover distribution and post-production so this will be a one-time fundraiser of 25k and then we're good to go for the entire film.
What do you get? Well, we want to make this the most interactive filmmaking experience ever. With your contribution, you'll see weekly video updates, be able to check out concept art, listen to pieces of the score, and tons more all through the process. This is not just a donation: it's the start of a filmmaking journey. With the upper tiers, you'll even have the opportunity to WRITE IN YOUR OWN KILL. We'll pull it off in glorious 3D and credit you for it in the end! You'll also receive special video messages from the cast and crew, producer credits on IMDB, and even the chance to appear in the film (depending upon availability during the shoot).
If we make over 25,000$, we'll donate every extra bit of THAT money to breast cancer as well!
Other Ways You Can Help
Please please share this on message boards, Facebook, Tweet it, etc. Also, we're always looking for equipment donations!
