PERRY

LOGLINE: William Perry, an African American, from the 1800’s, stands the test of time to become the first supervisor to work for the number one automaker in the world, Henry Ford.

HOOK: A man is worth more than his skin color.

This is a true story, about a man named William Perry, who rummaged around doing odd jobs, to help pay for his training as a bricklayer, only to become a staple in history that has been overlooked for generations. Who would have thought that two men working side by side with a two man saw, neither knowing each others destiny, would one day change the face of the auto industry? This isn’t just a story about Henry Ford and how Ford Motor Company changed American lives, it’s more about two honest men, Henry and William, who appreciate the value of hard work and determination.
