There are those that dream of the glory of the Middle Ages. Of knights fighting for honor, musicians singing brightly, and of feasts fit for a king. Some people do this on the weekends and at something called the Pennsic War. Those armored and fighting find themselves on the field with perhaps 1,000 or more fellow combatants.

Only those who have strapped on armor, some suits
weighting 100 pounds or more, know what it is like to go into one of the battles armed with shield, sword, axe, and spear; until now. Technology has finally caught up to the Middle Ages. Using state of the art, bomb proof equipment, we will be able to take you deep into the battles of the Society for Creative Anachronism. We are seeking funding for this ground breaking documentary so that the world may know what going to war on the medieval battlefield is like.

We intend to distribute through normal television markets. The DVD is intended to have many more extras than would be of standard interest to main-stay cable. We expect this to be a thrill for the Extreme crowd.

Update – With a scant few days remaining in our funding window, it looks like we may have to postpone this project. (Unless wonderful sponsors pop out of the woodwork I encourage this!) We fully intend to go forward with this project, however, the next window of opportunity will be August of next year.
