My Story

I'm an image consultant, artist and color analyst who specializes in the 12 Season Color Analysis system, which was most notably developed by Color Me Beautiful in the early 90s. I was trained by them and over the years did more studying of the system. I felt that color analysis was a dying trend and wanted to revive it, since it was a powerful tool in helping people look their best. I want to launch my own makeup line that follows the principles of this system, developing colors that are analyzed and recommended for each of the 12 seasons. I have a private label supplier of beautiful high quality colors (not tested on animals, of course!) Theyve been analyzed already and ready to launch. I just need the funding.

I plan on marketing it on my website: www.prettyyourworld.com. I started this site all by myself without knowing how big it would become. I now have over 20,000 visitors a month. Color Analysis is gaining popularity again and I want to develop a line to supply to customers hungry for good quality makeup suitable to their coloring. I hope to have this line sold all over the world through my site and other image consultants.

The Impact

I want women to ignore fashion trends that change constantly and focus on wearing what flatters them best. The impact that wearing your best colors is tremendous: time saved, money saved (perhaps thousands of dollars over your lifetime!), confidence increased, energy saved that can be focused on other things than worrying about whats in or not in each season.  Eventually I want to develop a boutique where every clothing, makeup, jewelry etc. is color coded for each season but that is another project for down the road. Makeup is the first project to complete.

What I Need & What You Get

The smallest amount of money needed to launch my makeup line is $3000. This will allow me to order my first inventory which will be used to photograph and advertise on my site. I will also use this first inventory to do real makeovers on real people. Something unique is that I will be adding tutorials and booklets to my site for each of the 12 seasons, explaining how to apply the colors and in what combination. I want to explain how to apply makeup to specific face, lips, and eye shapes, eye colors, etc.  It wont just be another makeup line. There will be lots of instructions along with it.

In exchange for any financial support, you will be paid back with actual products of your choice at retail cost. You arent just giving me financial support but are getting a valuable product in exchange. Any support of $100 or more will also include a free personalized color analysis so you can determine your season before choosing any makeup. There are other levels of support and corresponding perks.
