Our Story
Our goal is to raise $10,000 in 10 weeks to facilitate the printing of Khadijah and the Mirror. We want to spread the message of self confidence and empowerment to children everywhere, giving them permission to be who they are as they are.
The Impact
Johnnett Kent, a former educator, saw firsthand how children are trying to find how they fit into this world. Khadijah was inspired by the ideal that children need to value themselves in order to become productive members of society.
What We Need & What You Get
All proceeds go to the publishing and printing Khadijah and The Mirror. We are looking to raise $10,000 in 10 weeks. Every donation from $1+ will receive a personalized message from Khadijah. A donation of $30+ will receive a signed copy of the book. $100+ receive both a signed copy of the book and a poster. Donations of $500 and up will receive a signed copy of the book, an audio book and a poster.
