James Billy Hill is the director/producer of “Troubled Waters”. After graduating from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in film he has continued pursuing his passion for film. Having worked in various capacities in the local film industry on low budget independent films to high budget television series such as HBO’s “Little Britain USA” and the CW’s “One Tree Hill,” James has pursued his passion for making engaging, raw, and bold films. He has directed, edited, and produced various short projects and promotional video’s through his production company, Billy Hill Productions. Troubled Water’s is his feature length directorial debut.
