A graduate of the University of Kentucky, I’m a former college and pro strength and speed coach who has traveled down a new road in life as a Director/Producer/Writer. I’m looking to create projects that explore the human condition and comment on the social fabric of our world as I am passionate about both film and story. My film education stems from the knowledge I’ve gleaned from the workshops of Dov S-S Simens – 2 day film school, Blake Snyder’s Save the Cat, and Robert Mckee’s famous Story. I have one short film under my belt: “The Casket,” that I penned, produced, and co-directed that received admittance to the Aisle 5 Film festival in Boston in 2005. Plus, I’ve also enjoyed the experiences of acting classes, and have been fortunate to land supporting roles in a few short films and an independent feature. I hope to develop shorts and features on an annual basis that both entertain and provoke. Feel free to contact me at jsrinaldo at gmail.com if you’re interested in my upcoming projects.
