Our Story
Hi. We're looking for your help to fund our next record on vinyl. We are a duo from Melbourne, Australia and have been playing shows with bands like Winnebago Deal, Om, Grey Daturas, Black Cobra, Monarch, and Budd for the past 4 years. To date we have released an EP, full length and a 7 Inch Vinyl. We have an upcoming collaborative release with Gary Arce from (Yawning Man/Ten East) coming soon on Bro Fidelity Records. The Impact
We would love your help to be able to release a new vinyl recording (which is a costly process). We'd also love to be able to put it out without venturing into personal debt, or having to borrow money from a financial institution. The time has come in the world of releasing music that old methods and ways of releasing records has changed. We have always been appreciative of the support from people and friends and other bands and look at this as an opportunity to further that bond. We put a great deal of effort into making the music and have always put out aurally and visually pleasing, collect able quality records. This is your chance to lend us a hand.
What We Need & What You Get
The bulk of this money will pay for our 12 Inch to be manufactured. Cutting, labels, pressing, sleeves and dispatch for up to 500 copies. We'll also use the money to help pay for the artwork design and packaging elements. We will be utilizing the skills of a local Melbourne artist/designer for the art and layout. We'll be paying for the recording/mixing/mastering costs ourselves. This album will be released on Independent label Bro Fidelity which we run and will enable us to in turn release other records from other awesome hard working Australian bands in the future.
Even if we don't reach our desired target, all of the money will go towards this goal, and we will attempt to raise the rest ourselves.
We will be offering a free MP3 download of the 12 Inch record, once it's completed, plus a physical copy sent to everyone who pledges $20 and above, if we reach our target.
