Our Story

My name is Joe Klymkiw and I have been working on this project for the last 5 years compiling interviews and creating the story that is Canadian Hip Hop. The every day Canadian doesn't know much about the trials and tribulations of the Hip Hop scene in our great country of Canada.  This documentary ask's the question what is the identity of Canadian Hip Hop than goes through the history of the Canadian Hip Hop scene, the pioneer's, the underground, the radio and the state of the industry to give the viewer an understanding of the culture.

The Impact

I believe that the impact of this film will show the world we have a thriving hip hop scene with some amazing artists.  The project is almost finished and with your help of a little money we will be able to finish it with the gloss and shine to make it complete.

What We Need & What You Get

Basically what is needed is Color Correction, an HD layout and to finish the Motion Graphics.  All of this will be around Five Thousand dollars.  This film is totally independent and has not received any other funding from any other agency.
