I have a little secret to tell you.

I'm recording a new album.

Ive totally enjoyed releasing singles here and there over the last couple of years, and I appreciate everyone who took the time to listen, purchase and make each a small part of your lives. But its really time for a new album, dont you think?

So, back to that secret. This past May I had the amazing opportunity to record some new songs with one of my musical heroes. Right here in NJ.

Some of you probably know me so well you dont even need to ask who. Let me tell you all the same.

Ken Stringfellow of The Posies, Big Star, and R.E.M.

A dream come true for this humble music maker.

Because of Ken's busy schedule we only had 10 days to record 5 brand new songs. I figured maybe Id release an EP. But I fell so in love with some of these songs that I knew I needed to turn it into an LP. But how?

Heres how:

Ken, who currently lives in Paris, has another short window of time available in his schedule in September.

So I will be recording the rest of the new album in Amsterdam and Paris over the course of two weeks this September.

Its the only way.

This is where you...my fans, friends and family come in.

In order for me to travel to Amsterdam and Paris and finish the record I need to raise enough money to pay for the following things: the flight; the train (from Amsterdam to Paris); studio time in Amsterdam; studio time in Paris; I have to pay Ken too, of course; mastering and manufacturing the CD; food and accommodations.

So yeah, I need $5,500.

Oof.

To keep the dream alive, I need your help. And a little bit of your money. BUT I don't just want your money. I want to earn it. And I want to have fun earning it. Really, I want us both to have fun. And I want us both to feel rewarded too.

When do I need this money? You have 60 days to pledge but, to be blunt, I need it ASAP!

I'm flying out September 10 so I need to book the flight asap and get some monies to the studios to book my time there.
