Concept Art for the Buggie
Essentially, a Large Carriage/Buggie that is used as a store for our two con artists. This is the design from Amber Workman of www.screamdreams.com
We've made adjustments. We were setting this in a "Never When" which is part Renaissance, part Edwardian. We wanted to add a few more modern elements. We've since changed our mind on that.

| Make Up Test (A test for the Mermaid Makeup.... Real high tech, we glued pebbles to her. We thought it worked better than expected. However, we will not be using make up this extensive at any point during the film. )
