Hands of the Nocturnal Clock is a gangster film set in the roaring twenties. It tells the story of Victor, a driver for a mob boss, who is thrown into the darkness of the criminal underworld of the 1920s when his brothers gambling debts get both men into trouble. In order to get them out, Victor must choose to resort to the one thing he has abstained from violence.
