Our Story
"Gamer Chick" is a comedic web series created by Romeo's Foe Studios and written by Sarah Moore. The show follows pencil-and-paper gamer chick Gia and her difficulties in balancing her real-world problems with her "inside the game" problems. Season 1 is in release on the web, and season 2 is scheduled to begin shooting on March 3, 2011.
The Impact
We offer a story that women - especially game-playing women - should be able to relate to. The needs and wants of a female gamer are fairly unique in a male-dominated hobby, and we attempt to offer a good, strong look at that.
What We Need & What You Get
Funds raised during this campaign will go exclusively into production costs for "Gamer Chick," season 2. Primarily, it will be needed for equipment rental, skilled crew, costumes, locations, and props. We wouldn't mind also being able to buy the cast and crew a pizza now and then, though. :)
