Funkle Fattie is the kind of story that after seeing it, becomes its own warm memory for the viewer. It is like “Stand By Me” meets “Flipped.” This will be Charles River Films’ first feature and a natural progression as my last short, The Binds That Tie Us was 20 minutes with a budget of 50k. It is now in The Burbank Film Festival. We are hoping to cast a couple of Broadway’s youngest superstars (in talks) and a very big actress who you all know—fingers crossed.
