Can love for those behind bars heal the wounds of a country ravaged by over 20 years of civil war and gang violence? On October 15th, 2008, the Downpour Crew will travel with Pastor Tom Flaskerud and the Freedom Team as they bring their faith and love to 20 federal prisons across El Salvador.
The Freedom Team has been bringing hope to prisons in Mexico and the United States for 25 years. Now, the president of El Salvador has personally invited the Freedom Team to aide in the healing of his country, a land devastated by decades of violence.
