Hey Everyone. I’m Fabio A Ortega and thanks for checking out my profile. I’m a filmmaker that lives in Los Angeles but I’m originally from Chicago, Illinois. I’m here to try and raise funding to shoot my short film “The Mission.” Go to my project section to see what it’s all about. You can check out my work at www.checkmateshorts.com. I’ve worked on film sets as a freelance worker and as an intern. I most recentley interned for Edward Saxon Productions(Silence of the Lambs, Philidelphia, Adaptation). It was a great internship. Currently I work for a company called E-works, but I’m constantly hustling for more work. I love meeting new people and networking. I love LA and I really hope you can see my films on the big screen one day. Till then, lets support each other’s projects.
