The Fears for Queers GLBT Horror Film Festival is the brainchild of DOA Blood Bath Entertainment and Right Left Turn Productions to showcase horror films made by GLBT filmmakers or horror films of GLBT interest while raising funds for Youth First Texas (http://www.youthfirsttexas.org) a non-profit organization committed to providing social services, education opportunities, recreational activities and leadership development to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, and Questioning (LGBTQ) Youth through age 22.
First, we hope to raise at least $1000 here to cover the costs of the venue, printing, and promotions for the Film Festival. Every dime over $1000 raised here will be donated directly to Youth First Texas. Second, half of all profits from ticket sales will be donated to Youth First Texas.
